义马矿务局杨村煤矿主井为斜井箕斗提升,倾斜长度460米,井筒倾角23°,使用XKT型2.5米提升机,提升容器为6吨箕斗,原使用钢丝绳为 6×7φ 26毫米,事故后又改用 6×19φ28毫米的,最大绳速为6.7米/秒。1985年,一次因全矿井停电,提升机紧急制动引起松绳,将钢丝绳拉断,造成严重事故。还有一次,因供电系统电压下降,高压开关柜跳闸,提升机安全制动,造成钢丝绳断股,险些酿成重大事故。类似事故以后又出现几次。 出现这样事故的主要原因是提升机的紧急制动为一级制动,或者虽为二级制动,但二级制动的时间间隔太短所引起的。提升机紧急制动时,由于四付闸的全部制动力矩一下子作用
