我校是一所基础比较薄弱的初中校,是在“文革”期间由小学改建成的。建校后,主要领导调动频繁,问题成堆,教学质量低下。近几年来,学校领导班子端正了办学指导思想,充分调动了全校师生的积极性,经过艰苦奋斗,使教育质量逐年提高。去年,毕业率上升到100%,获红桥区教育局颁发的教学质量奖。学校的这个成绩是怎么取得的呢?我们首先分析情况,弄清底数。学校基础差差在哪里?问题多又多在哪里?我们认真分析后认为,基础差的主要表现是:1、办学条件差。学校被居民区包围,地势低洼,每年雨季学校被水泡,经常无法上课。2、师资水平
