目的调查安徽省肺科医院医护人员洗手现状,为防止医院感染提供依据。方法对2003～2008年间各科医护人员618人洗手效果进行监测,采用回顾性统计分析。结果总合格率94.82%,重点科室洗手合格率97.3%,普通科室洗手合格率93.38%,新上岗人员合格率85.57%;护士洗手合格率(97.02%)明显高于医生(89.5%)。结论安徽省肺科医院医护人员手卫生合格率较好。应重视医生、新上岗人员手卫生管理。
Objective To investigate the current situation of medical staff washing hands in Anhui Pulmonary Hospital to provide basis for preventing nosocomial infection. Methods During the period from 2003 to 2008, 618 medical staffs in each department were monitored for their handwashing effects, and retrospective statistical analysis was conducted. Results The total pass rate was 94.82%, the pass rate of hand washing in major departments was 97.3%, the pass rate of hand washing in common departments was 93.38%, and the qualified rate of new staff was 85.57%. The pass rate of hand washing by nurses was significantly higher than that of doctors (89.5%). Conclusion The qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in Pulmonary Hospital of Anhui Province is good. Should pay attention to doctors, new staff hand hygiene management.
