Preface In order to meet the needs of production and scientific research, we must know that all kinds of raw materials and finished products contain those phases, while the identification of the most effective means is X-ray diffraction method. Different phases give different X-ray diffraction patterns, on the contrary, based on the X-ray diffraction patterns of the samples, it is possible to identify those phases contained in the sample. As early as 1912, Laue et al. Laid the foundations for X-ray diffraction theory, which has been more than seventy years old. X-ray diffraction phase identification has made great contributions to the development of new materials, identification of raw materials, imitation, accident analysis, scientific research and so on.
