远缘杂交是遗传和育种研究的一个重要內容,它遇到的首要问题是不可交配性和杂种不实。本文以披碱草属(ElymusL)五种优良牧草为材料,存互为正反交的情况下,观察当代结实率及其杂种种子的表现:探讨不同授粉方式对种间杂种的影响,并对花粉萌发及杂交当代幼苗的发育进行了研究。初步的研究结果表明,五种披碱草都是六倍体,它们相互之间不存在明显的不亲和机制,以它们为材料进行杂交是可行的。但在应用上,既要注意适宜的亲本组合的选择,又要采用正确的授粉方式,才能使杂交得以成功。本研究在染色体镜检过程中,曾得到中国农科院草原研究所阎贵兴,张素贞,李永干的帮助,在此谨致感谢
Distant hybridization is an important part of genetic and breeding research, and the primary problem it encounters is non-intercrossing and hybrid inaccuracies. In this paper, ElymusL was used as material, and the reciprocal reciprocal reciprocity was observed. The seed setting rate and hybrid seed performance were observed in this paper. The effects of different pollination methods on interspecific hybrids were discussed. Pollen germination and development of hybrid contemporary seedlings were studied. Preliminary results show that the five Elymus species are hexaploid, there is no obvious mechanism of mutual non-affinity between them as the material for hybridization is feasible. However, in the application, it is necessary to pay attention to the choice of the appropriate parent combination, but also to adopt the correct pollination method in order to make the hybridization successful.
