根据也门官方统计,1996年也门的进出口总额以全年平均美元兑里亚尔约合31.07亿美元,市场汇率1:128计。其中进口约合13.49亿美元。按可比价格计算,1996年也门的进出口总额较1995年增长了约11.44％,当年,中国是从也门进口的第一大国,向也门出口的第九大国。 从进出口的总量而言,也门的对外贸易额绝对值很少,甚至不及我国一家较大的外贸公司一年的经营额。但是,相对1600万人口而言,也门的人均进出口额并不亚于我国,且进出口发展的速度相当快。
According to official statistics of Yemen, the total import and export volume of Yemen in 1996 was approximately US$3.107 billion in the US dollar against the Rial, and the market exchange rate was 1:128.
