从中小学教师进行案例研究的方法角度入手,提出案例研究的四个核心要素,即“思”、“读”、“做”、“写”。其中“思”为思问题、思策略和思效果;“读”为读心态、读专业和读方法;“做”为做方案、做措施;“写”为写素材、写故事和写心理。教师要明确案例研究的过程,把握案例研究的重点,提升案例研究的质量,促进专业化发展。
Starting from the perspective of case studies of primary and secondary school teachers, this paper puts forward four core elements of case study, namely “thinking”, “reading”, “doing” and “writing”. Which “thinking” is the thinking problem, thinking strategy and thinking effect; “reading ” for reading psychology, reading major and reading method; “doing ” for the program, do measures; "writing Materials, writing stories and writing psychology. Teachers should clarify the process of case studies, grasp the focus of case studies, enhance the quality of case studies and promote specialization.
