在现今社会快速发展进程中,市场经济的大环境下竞争较为激烈。在高职毕业生进行就业以及创业的过程中,会遇到很多难题。为了有效地保障高职学生在毕业后能后顺利的走上就业岗位,需要社会中的企业要与学校进行有效的合作,为高职学生创设出符合学生的发展和锻炼的平台。本文从校企合作下,形成就业创业工作新机制和创新就业创业指导机制两个方面进行了简要的论述。
In the current rapid social development process, the market economy is more competitive under the macro-environment. In the process of employment and entrepreneurship graduates of higher vocational schools, will encounter many problems.
