本文主要以文献法为主要科学研究方法,在结合自身多年教学与研究的基础上,重点论述了我国铁路运输经济增长方式的转变,认为铁路运输作为国民经济的大动脉,其改革发展的步伐明显的迟缓于其他运输方式。转变铁路经济增长方式主要表现在以下四个方面,分别为:解放思想,转变观念;提升服务质量,抢占市场份额;调整运输组织结构,提升运输效益;加大科技投入,增强铁路运输的科技含量等。力争通过这些经济增长方式的转变,为我国铁路的发展创造出跟过经济效益。
Based on the many years of teaching and research, this paper mainly discusses the change of the economic growth mode of railway transport in our country. It considers that railway transportation, as the main artery of the national economy, has a clear pace of its reform and development Delayed in other modes of transport. Transforming the economic growth mode of the railway is mainly manifested in the following four aspects, namely: emancipating the mind and changing concepts; improving service quality and gaining market share; adjusting transport organization structure to enhance transport efficiency; increasing investment in science and technology and enhancing the scientific and technological content of railway transport Wait.
