目的调查医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路卫生管理状况,探讨控制水路污染的有效措施。方法采用问卷调查和采样检测的方法,对上海市某区23家医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路卫生现状进行调查。结果定期开展口腔综合治疗台水路过滤器清洗维护的21家,开展储水瓶清洗消毒的5家。共采样检测29个DUWLs单元的水样,其中三用枪出水及手机出水细菌总数高于漱口用水(t=9.45,P=0.00);使用不同水源水的DUWLs出水水样中,灭菌注射用水细菌总数明显低于市政水、净水/纯水、蒸馏水(t=9.34,P=0.00)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路污染严重,需尽快制定相关规范与标准,加强医护人员培训指导,规范口腔综合治疗台水路的清洗消毒与卫生质量控制。
Objective To investigate the status of sanitation management of waterway of oral comprehensive treatment center in medical institutions and to explore effective measures to control waterway pollution. Methods The questionnaire survey and sampling method were used to investigate the health status of waterway of oral comprehensive treatment in 23 medical institutions in a district of Shanghai. Results Regular oral treatment of Taiwan’s waterway filter cleaning and maintenance of 21, carry out the bottle cleaning and disinfection of the five. A total of 29 samples of DUWLs were collected and sampled for water sampling. The total number of bacteria released from the triple-use gun and mobile phone was higher than that of gargle water (t = 9.45, P = 0.00). In the DUWLs water samples with different source water, The total number of water bacteria was significantly lower than the municipal water, water / pure water, distilled water (t = 9.34, P = 0.00). Conclusion Oral comprehensive treatment waterway pollution is serious, need to develop relevant norms and standards as soon as possible, strengthen medical staff training guidance, standard oral comprehensive treatment of waterway cleaning and disinfection and health quality control.
