现在的大学生即将成为社会的中坚力量,是实现“中国梦”的希望。但这些“90后”又有很多让我们担忧的地方,尤其是个性张扬的设计专业学生,他们有很多奇特思想、另类行为,让我们无法认同甚至难以忍受。面对这些问题,置若罔闻或强力压制显然不是好办法。能客观认识并科学培养,让他们的个性转化为一种突出的创新能力,方能两全其美。拟重点分析设计专业学生的个性问题,研究其产生的前因后果,探索如何通过培养良好的个性来提高其设计创新能力,为培养中国本土设计大师添砖加瓦。
The current college students are about to become the backbone of society and the hope of realizing “China’s dream.” However, there are many other areas that we are worried about, especially post-90s design students who have many peculiar ideas and alternative behaviors that we can not agree with or even endure. Faced with these issues, turning a deaf ear or suppressing it is obviously not a good solution. Able to objectively understand and scientific training, so that their personality into a prominent ability to innovate, the best of both worlds. It is proposed to analyze the personality problems of design majors, to study the antecedents and consequences of the students, to explore how to improve their design innovation ability by cultivating good personality and to contribute to the cultivation of Chinese native design masters.
