目的:分析老年2型糖尿病无症状低血糖的原因,探讨临床护理的方法及对策。方法:结合我科收治的老年2型糖尿病无症状低血糖患者的病例,有针对性的加强病情观察、血糖监测、药物护理、饮食运动指导、健康指导、心理护理等护理措施。结果:通过采取护理对策,使患者的病情得到有效控制,未引起其他并发症。
Objective: To analyze the causes of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in elderly type 2 diabetes and to explore the methods and countermeasures of clinical nursing. Methods: According to the cases of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our department, the nursing measures such as disease observation, blood glucose monitoring, drug care, diet movement instruction, health guidance and psychological care were targeted. Results: By taking nursing countermeasures, the patient’s condition was effectively controlled and no other complications were caused.
