In the preface to the third series of “Narrative” (China Version), I mentioned the following point: We should "apply the research methods of narratology to solving practical problems such as teacher-student communication, doctor-patient communication, self-understanding and self- Society, striving for rights, etc. Narratology should provide our life with a basic way of thinking, not a mere formality. In fact, foreign countries have gone a long way in this regard.
