从市场学理论来说,一件生意是否会被市场所接受,需要至少三个方面的条件:第一,它是否是政策大环境所支持,并且即将长久支持下去的;第二,它是否满足供不应求的市场规律;第三,它是否具有不可替代陛。农村电商也是如此。无论政策如何支持,归根结底,农村电商是以农村、农村特色产品为市场基础(这是两个不同的市场),包含输入与输出两方面的新兴市场状态。新兴的,是市场状态,而并非这个市场。虽然财政部近期表示即将通过财政资金解决农产品出入农村的物流“最后一公里”问题,但从现实情况来看,农村电商,在条件还没有这么便利之前,早已经有了自己的一套生存方式。
