许多证据表明:各种癌基因及抑癌瘤抑瘤基因的改变,可能参与一些人类肿瘤特别是内分泌肿瘤的发病机理。作者研究了胃泌素DNA中有无癌基因及抑癌基因的改变。从裸鼠取得胃泌素瘤细胞株的新鲜肿瘤标本。捉取DNA,并自11例手术证实为胃泌素瘤患者采取肿瘤标本,用特异多聚酶链反应测定胃泌素瘤细胞侏中的HER-2/neu变化、P53及ras基因的类变。
Many evidences indicate that changes in various oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes may be involved in the pathogenesis of some human tumors, especially endocrine tumors. The authors studied changes in gastrin DNA for oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. Fresh tumor specimens of gastrinoma cell lines were obtained from nude mice. DNA was captured, and tumor specimens from 11 patients with gastrinoma confirmed by surgery were used to measure the HER-2/neu changes in gastrinoma cells and the mutation of P53 and ras genes using a specific polymerase chain reaction.
