光存贮技术是70年代发展起来的光学信息存贮的新技术。目前,这种技术是光学、光电子学和计算机技术中十分活跃的领域。本文综合介绍了光盘存贮器的结构及分类;比较了光盘、磁盘、磁带、半导体存贮器的记录密度和存取时间;论证了光盘具有高密度记录、非接触记录与再生、抗损伤和灰尘的能力强、再生方式的多样性及随机存取等特征。本文还简要地介绍了光盘存贮系统,其中重点说明了激光器、存贮材料及光学头。最后展望了只读式光盘、追记式光盘及可逆式光盘的应用,预测了到2000年时,计算机领域中将是磁存贮与光存贮相并存的时期。
Optical storage technology was developed in the 70s optical information storage technology. At present, this technology is a very active field in optics, optoelectronics and computer technology. This paper introduces the structure and classification of optical disk storage, compares the recording density and access time of optical disk, magnetic disk, magnetic tape and semiconductor memory. It is proved that optical disk has high density recording, non-contact recording and reproduction, Dust ability, reproductive diversity and random access and other characteristics. This article also briefly introduces the optical disk storage system, highlighting lasers, storage materials and optical heads. Finally, the applications of CD-ROM, CD-ROM and CD-ROM are forecasted. By 2000, it is forecasted that the computer field will coexist with magnetic storage and optical storage.
