企业内部分配直接关系广大职工的切身利益,影响企业的生产发展。一些煤矿在分配管理上一直是群众管干、少数人管算,分配不民主、透明度不高。由于大家互不知情,弄得一些人相互猜疑,造成不必要的隔阂。以致影响企业凝聚力,挫伤职工的积极性。涟邵矿务局恩口煤矿认真总结以往的经验教训,从1985年开始组织和依靠群众实行经济民主管理,分配全面公开,使职工气顺心齐。承包以来年年完成计划指标,全矿出现了超产、降耗、增收、减亏的可喜局面。该矿的主要做法:
