编制市级基础测绘规划是《中国人民共和国测绘法》的要求,基础测绘工作科学发展的需要,也是提升基础测绘服务能力和保障水平的前提和基础。本文结合近期上级规划工作任务,以南宁市市区基础测绘“十三五”规划为例,对市级基础测绘规划编制工作展开研究,探索了基础测绘规划编制新思路。
The compilation of the municipal basic surveying and mapping plan is the requirement of the “People’s Republic of China Surveying and Mapping Law” and the need of scientific development of basic surveying and mapping as well as the prerequisite and basis for enhancing the basic surveying and mapping service ability and level of protection. In this paper, with the task of the superior planning in the near future, taking the basic surveying and mapping in the urban area of Nanning City as an example, this paper studies the compilation of municipal basic surveying and mapping planning and explores new ideas for compiling basic surveying and mapping planning.
