目的:实验室饲养繁殖微小按蚊。方法:群体及单管饲养。结果:在25~27℃、相对湿度72%~80%、每日光照12小时的实验室条件下,各地株微小按蚊的孵化率、化蛹率和羽化率,群养分别为9015%、5324%、9720%,单管饲养分别为5882%~9898%、1020%~8689%、6667%~10000%。成虫前期各阶段发育平均时间,群养及单管卵期均为2天,幼虫期、蛹期分别为12~195天、158~185天。各地株成虫生殖营养周期平均为35天。雌雄蚊平均寿命分别为2425天、1978天。结论:各地株繁殖率及成虫前期发育时间均存在不同程度的差异
Objective: Laboratory feeding breeding Anopheles. Methods: groups and single tube feeding. Results: The hatchability, pupation rate and emergence rate of Anopheles minimus in each laboratory were 2527 ℃, relative humidity 72% ~ 80% and daily illumination 12 hours. %, 5324% and 9720% respectively. The single tube feeding rates were 5882% ~ 9898%, 1020% ~ 8689%, 6667% ~ 10000% respectively. The average developmental time of each stage in early stages of adult adults was 2 days for both group and single tube eggs. The larval and pupal stages were 12-19.5 days and 1.58-1.85 days, respectively. The reproductive cycle of adult plants around the average of 3 5 days. The average life expectancy of male and female mosquitoes were 24.25 days and 19.78 days respectively. Conclusion: The reproductive rate and pre-adult developmental period of different regions all have different degrees of difference
