目的 :探讨蝙蝠葛碱对射频消融术 (RF CA)后病人血小板不可逆性聚集的影响。方法 :运用流式细胞术测定 14例阵发性室上性心动过速病人RFCA术前后静息血小板和凝血酶活化血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅳ (GPⅣ )及凝血酶敏感蛋白 (TSP)的分布。结果 :RFCA术后静息血小板膜GPⅣ分布明显高于术前 (P <0 .0 1) ;凝血酶活化的血小板膜GPⅣ及TSP分布 ,RFCA术后明显高于术前 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;蝙蝠葛碱可显著抑制RFCA术后由凝血酶诱导的血小板膜GPⅣ再分布 (P <0 .0 5或P<0 .0 1) ,部分抑制凝血酶诱导的α 颗粒内TSP的释放 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :蝙蝠葛碱可抑制RFCA后血小板的不可逆性聚集
Objective: To investigate the effect of dauricine on the irreversible platelet aggregation in patients after radiofrequency ablation (RFCA). Methods: Flow cytometry was used to determine the distribution of resting platelets and thrombin-activated platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅳ (GPⅣ) and thrombin-sensitive protein (TSP) in 14 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (RFCA) before and after RFCA. Results: The distribution of GPIV in resting platelets after RFCA was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.01); GPⅣ and TSP distribution of thrombin activated platelets were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0. 0 5 or P <0.01). DHA significantly inhibited platelet membrane GPⅣ redistribution induced by thrombin (P <0.05 or P <0.01) induced by thrombin and partially inhibited the induction of thrombin Of alpha particles release of TSP (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dauricine inhibits the irreversible aggregation of platelets after RFCA
