针对U形通风系统采煤工作面风流结构特点及旋转射流具有扩散角大、吸卷能力强的特性,提出了利用旋转射流风机处理采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的新方法。根据采煤工作面特殊环境要求,给出了旋转射流风机的设计方法,并应用流体软件对旋转射流风机的应用进行了模拟。结果表明,旋转射流风机处理采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚具有明显效果,为旋转射流风机在采煤工作面上的实际应用提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the characteristics of wind flow structure of coal mining face and the characteristics of large jetting angle and strong suction capacity of rotary jet in U-shaped ventilation system, a new method of using rotary jet fan to deal with gas accumulation in the upper corner of coal mining face is proposed. According to the requirements of coal mining face special environment, the design method of rotating jet fan is given, and the application of rotating jet fan is simulated by fluid software. The results show that the rotary jet fan treatment of coal mining face of the corner of the accumulation of gas has obvious effect for the rotary jet fan in the coal mining face of the practical application of a theoretical basis.
