本文对鞍钢某厂536名长期接触低浓度CO作业工人,进行了健康状况调查。结果表明,各车间CO接触者的血中碳氧血红蛋白(HbCO)含量,吸烟组均大于非吸烟组。两组不吸烟者血中HbCO含量,CO接触组明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。51名CO接触者上班前(早8点)及下班前(下午4点)HbCO测定值自身对照,下班前较上班前有显著增高。506名CO接触者的心电图表现,窦性心动过缓、完全性右束枝传导阻滞、低电压的发病率,均高于对照组。
In this paper, 536 long-term exposure to a low concentration of CO workers in a certain factory in Anshan Iron and Steel Company, conducted a health survey. The results showed that the levels of carboxyhemoglobin (HbCO) in CO contact in each workshop were higher than those in non-smoking group. The levels of HbCO in the blood of two groups of non-smokers were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). 51 CO contacts before work (as early as 8 o’clock) and before get off work (4 o’clock) HbCO measured self-control, before get off work than before work was significantly higher. The electrocardiographic findings, sinus bradycardia, complete right bundle branch block, and the incidence of low voltage in 506 CO contacts were higher than those in the control group.
