经济水平逐渐提高,企业需不断地改善内部的经营管理结构,才能适应社会的发展,能够长久地生存。目前大多数企业中,人事部、财务部直属于总经理办公室体现出了人力资源在企业管理中的重要性。尽管在这样的前提下,人力资源统计方面依旧面临许多问题。本文针对运用信息技术统计人力资源的现状及问题,具有的意义和如何最大化发挥信息化的作用进行详细地阐述。
Gradually improve the economic level, companies need to continue to improve the internal management structure in order to adapt to the development of society, can survive for a long time. At present, most enterprises, the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Finance directly under the General Manager’s Office reflects the importance of human resources in business management. In spite of this premise, many problems still persist in the area of human resources statistics. This paper elaborates on the status quo and problems of applying statistics on human resources in information technology and its significance and how to maximize the role of informationization.
