在高温熔滴炉上模拟高炉软熔带料柱结构,考察了高钛型高炉熔渣在焦炭层中的透过性.研究了气体流量、TiO2 含量、TiO2 还原度和渣—焦界面性质对熔渣在焦层中的堵塞与液泛行为的影响.
In the high temperature droplet furnace, the column structure of blast furnace refractories was simulated and the permeability of high titanium blast furnace slag in coke layer was investigated. The effects of gas flow rate, TiO2 content, TiO2 reduction degree and slag-coke interface on clogging and flooding behavior of slag in coke layer were studied.
