目前,我国企业走全球化道路呈现以下四种模式:格兰仕的本土全球制造中心模式、海尔的全球制造模式、TCL跨国并购模式和华为全球研发网络模式。前三种模式都建立在我国劳动力资源丰富这一比较优势基础之上。而华为生产的是技术含量高的高端产品,在国际通信设备市场上如果仅靠我国企业传统的价格优势,将无法确立长久的竞争力。华为深谙此道,长期以来将提高产品科技含量作为开拓市场的根本。为此,华为每年将不少于收入的10%投入研究开发,仅2004年投入研发的资金就达4.87亿美元
At present, the four pathways for Chinese enterprises to go global are as follows: Galanz’s homegrown global manufacturing center model, Haier’s global manufacturing model, TCL’s cross-border M & A and Huawei’s global R & D network model. The first three models are based on the comparative advantage of abundant labor resources in our country. However, Huawei produces high-end products with high technological content. If the international communications equipment market only relies on the traditional price advantages of Chinese enterprises, it will not be able to establish long-term competitiveness. Huawei is well versed in this road, for a long time will improve the technological content of products as a fundamental market development.
