The County Health Bureau has 24 secondary institutions, each of which has a financial office. A total of 126 staff were engaged in financial accounting for the entire system, among whom 3 were secondary school graduates, accounting for 34.1% of the total number; 54 had technical titles, accounting for 42.9% of the total. Over the past few years, we have improved the financial management of all units by institutionalizing and standardizing them through sound systems and improved management measures.
