淀粉是重要的碳水化合物之一,与陆生动物相比,鱼类对碳水化合物的消化和代谢能力相对较差。文章就淀粉对鱼类生长、免疫及血糖的影响作一简述。
Starch is one of the most important carbohydrates. Compared with terrestrial animals, fish have relatively poor ability to digest and metabolize carbohydrates. The article gives a brief account of the effects of starch on fish growth, immunity and blood sugar.
