一个被讨论了十多年的话题,在今年1月13日终于尘埃落定。国务院决定从今年开始,用六年时间推进三网融合:前三年是试点阶段,后三年全面推进。广电和电信开放(部分)业务,允许双方互相进入。广电网将从原来单纯传输视音频业务到可以传送数据、语音;电信网从原来传送语音、数据到可以传送视音频。这一融合构想给人们勾画了一幅美好的图景。
A topic that has been discussed for more than a decade ends up settling on January 13 this year. The State Council decided to push forward the integration of three networks with six years starting from this year: the first three years are the pilot phase and the second three years are all-round promotion.
