本文通过分析水溶液的电渗现象及铝电解的实验,证实了铝电解中存在着电渗现象;通过理论计算推导了电渗速度公式.在实验中通过改变电流密度分析了电流密度对电渗的影响,随着电流密度的增加,电渗的深度增加.并通过X-射线衍射及电子探针的分析进一步证明了电渗的存在;分析渗透的物质和渗透的深度.
In this paper, by analyzing the electroosmosis of aqueous solution and the experiment of aluminum electrolysis, it is confirmed that electro-osmosis exists in aluminum electrolysis. The formula of electroosmosis velocity is deduced by theoretical calculation. In the experiment, the effect of current density on electroosmosis was analyzed by changing the current density. As the current density increased, the depth of electroosmosis increased. The existence of electroosmosis was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction and electron probe analysis. The infiltrated material and the depth of penetration were analyzed.
