弹复是影响弯曲件精度的主要障碍,对其有效预测与控制是提高弯曲件精度的关键.针对宽板V形自由弯曲的变形特点,利用自主开发的2-D弹塑性有限元程序对V形自由弯曲过程与弹复进行了模拟分析,获得了凹模开口宽度及凸模圆角半径对弹复角的影响规律给出了凹模开口宽度、凸模行程与弯曲角的关系及弯曲角与弹复角的关系.实验结果表明,有限元分析程序是可靠的.所得结果不仅为弯曲过程的精度预测与智能控制以及折弯机智能化奠定了理论基础,同时对解决弯曲件弹复问题具有指导意义。
Springback is the main obstacle to the accuracy of bending parts. To effectively predict and control the bending accuracy is the key to improve the precision of bending parts. Aiming at the deformation characteristics of V-shaped free bending of wide plate, the free-form bending process and elastic recovery of V-shape are simulated by using the 2-D elasto-plastic finite element program independently developed. The width of die opening and the radius of punch radius are obtained The law of the elastic recoil angle gives the relationship between the width of the die opening, the stroke of the punch and the bending angle and the relationship between the bending angle and the recoil angle. Experimental results show that finite element analysis program is reliable. The results not only laid the theoretical foundation for the prediction of the precision of the bending process, intelligent control and intelligent bending machine, but also instructed the solution of the elastic recovery problem of bending parts.
