我国企业在“走出去”开展境外加工贸易等业务的过程中,普遍反映缺乏一批熟悉国际经济法规、通晓外语和专业技术知识、富有竞争意识的高层次复合型人才。为了推动“走出去”战略的实施,加快人才培训,近期商务部人事教育司、对外经济合作司和国际贸易经济合作研究院组成联合课题组,就境外加工贸易业务发展中人才培训的现状与问题进行专题调研。在对国内7省2市和巴基斯坦、越南、柬埔寨、澳大利亚四国实地考察以及发放、回收问卷的基础上,对相关问题进行了总结,现将他们的调研报告摘要刊载,以飨读者。
In the process of “going out” to carry out overseas processing trade and other businesses, Chinese enterprises generally reflect the lack of a batch of high-level compound talents who are familiar with international economic laws and regulations, are familiar with foreign languages and professional technical knowledge, and are highly competitive. Based on the field visits to the four provinces of China, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia and Australia and the issue and recovery of questionnaires, the relevant issues were summarized and their research reports are now summarized to readers.
