目的:探讨血液净化专科护士通过系统培训,并获得专科护士资格证后在临床工作中的发展与困惑。方法:对11名血液净化专科护士的临床工作进行研究和分析,并对他们进行访谈。结果:访谈的血液净化专科护士已获得国内领先护理科研项目1项,组织省级护理继续教育项目5项,市级继续教育项目2项,多次代表市质控中心对他院血液净化室进行相关专科工作的指导。撰写护理论文22篇,举办专科护士培训班1期,承担科室大量临床教学任务及管理工作,在临床工作中能够运用专业知识和技能解决各类疑难护理问题,并加以总结及分析。结论:在血液净化专科这一特殊护理领域,培养专科护士不仅有利于护士自身素质的发展,掌握前沿动态,还能带动整个护理团队品质的提升,但在实际工作中依然会面对各种困惑。 Objective: To investigate the development and confusion of clinical nurses in blood purification through systematic training and obtaining the qualification of specialist nurses. Methods: The clinical work of 11 blood purification specialist nurses was studied and analyzed, and their interviews were conducted. Results: The specialist blood purification specialist interviewed had obtained 1 item of leading nursing research project in China, organized 5 provincial-level nursing continuing education programs and 2 municipal-level continuing education programs.
