采用PCR方法对云南汉族人群的ApoB位点进行了Amp—FLP分析,检出12个等位基因,26种基因型.扩增片段长度分布于600~1100bp之间,等位基因频率范围为0.0039~0.4648,杂合度为66.41%,DP值为0.8610.研究结果表明,ApoB位点在云南汉族人群中具有高度多态性分布,在法医学及其他学科领域里均具有较高的应用价值.此外,本研究建立的PCR实验方法将有利于在基层部门推广应用.
Amp-FLP analysis of ApoB loci in Yunnan Han population by PCR showed that 12 alleles and 26 genotypes were detected. The length of the amplified fragment ranged from 600 to 1100 bp, the allele frequency ranged from 0.0039 to 0.4648, the heterozygosity was 66.41% and the DP value was 0.8610. The results show that the ApoB locus is highly polymorphic in Yunnan Han population and has high value in forensic medicine and other fields. In addition, the PCR experiment method established in this study will be beneficial to the popularization and application of grass-roots departments.
