研究了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的材料及高温锻造性能,对W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢斜撑块在挤压过程中出现的金属分区流动情况进行了Deform-3D数值模拟分析。通过制定合理的设计、调整挤压工艺参数并确定凹模结构,解决了高速钢斜撑块精密成形过程中出现的弯曲、开裂、精度低等问题,并生产出合格的产品。对比分析了高速钢斜撑块挤压前后的金相组织,结果发现挤压成形工艺可以有效的细化晶粒、均匀碳化物分布并改善材料的组织性能。
The material and high temperature forging performance of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel were studied. The Deform-3D numerical simulation of the metal partitioning flow occurred during the extrusion of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel bracing block was carried out. By designing reasonable design, adjusting the extrusion process parameters and determining the die structure, the problems of bending, cracking and low precision appeared in the precision forming process of the high speed steel bracing block are solved and the qualified products are produced. The microstructure of HSS steels before and after extrusion was comparatively analyzed. It was found that the extrusion process can effectively refine the distribution of grains and carbides and improve the microstructure and properties.
