本文应用免疫组化技术检测了36例未分化癌和恶性淋巴瘤难以区分病例的LCA(leukocyte commonantigen)和EMA(epithelial membrane antigen)表达情况。LCA(+)EMA(-)者,判为淋巴瘤;LCA(-)EMA(+)者,判为未分化癌。结果表明:过去诊断为未分化癌和未分化癌、恶性淋巴瘤待排的5/18例,诊断修正为恶性淋巴瘤;过去诊断为类型未定的恶性肿瘤3例确诊为恶性淋巴瘤。
In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LCA (leukocyte common antigen) and EMA (epithelial membrane antigen) in 36 undifferentiated and malignant lymphoma cases. LCA (+) EMA (-) persons were judged as lymphomas; LCA (-) EMA (+) persons were judged as undifferentiated carcinomas. The results showed that in the past, 5/18 cases of undifferentiated and undifferentiated cancers and malignant lymphomas were diagnosed. Malignant lymphomas were diagnosed and diagnosed. Malignant lymphomas were diagnosed in 3 cases with undifferentiated malignant tumors in the past.
