涂阳肺结核病人最终疗效当然是取决于不失时机的早期治疗;制定合理的化疗方案;和坚持全程规律用药等的综合措施。但这些措施的落实必须采取强有力的组织手段和管理方法才能成功。因此防痨工作也和其它工作一样也有个“组织管理学”的问题。制定合理化疗方案是比较容易解决的问题,如何在一个县一个市、一个地区大面积开展不住院化疗,其组织管理工作就显得难些。本文就此问题、通过456例已满疗程不住院化疗的涂阳结核病人的痰菌阴转情况,结合四年间的实践,加以探讨。
Of course, the final result of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients depends on the early treatment without losing any time; develop a reasonable chemotherapy regimen; and comprehensive measures such as adherence to regular medication. However, these measures must be implemented with strong organizational methods and management methods to succeed. Therefore, anti-tuberculosis work also has a problem of “organizational management science” like other work. To formulate a reasonable chemotherapy regimen is a relatively easy problem to be solved. How to carry out large-scale non-hospital chemotherapy in one county and one city will make it difficult to organize and manage them. This article on this issue, through 456 cases of full course of chemotherapy without smear-positive tuberculosis sputum negative conversion, combined with four years of practice to be explored.
