目的分析参附联合血液灌流治疗重度急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的效果。方法将38例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者做回顾性分析,38例患者均常规洗胃、吸氧、输液及阿托品、解磷定等基础治疗,并给予参附联合血液灌流(HP)。结果 38例患者中抢救成功35例,死亡3例,治愈率92.1%;无任何不良反应出现。结论参附联合血液灌流能迅速清除体内毒物,治疗重度有机磷中毒疗效好,安全性高。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shenfu combined with hemoperfusion on severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods Thirty-eight patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were retrospectively analyzed. All 38 patients were given basic treatment of gastric lavage, oxygen inhalation, infusion, atropine and dephosphorization, and were given Shenfu combined hemoperfusion (HP). Results Of the 38 patients, 35 were successfully rescued and 3 died. The cure rate was 92.1%. No adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Combined with blood perfusion can quickly remove the body of toxic substances, the treatment of severe organophosphate poisoning effective, safe.
