铁缺乏引起的缺铁性贫血是一个全球性的营养问题。本文对近些年来研究较多且具有较好应用前景的铁补充剂ＮａＦｅＥＤＴＡ的代谢、生物利用率、对其他元素吸收的影响及其对人体贫血状况的改善作用进行了综述。认为ＮａＦｅＥＤＴＡ在以上诸多方面比目前的其他铁强化剂具有优势。
Iron deficiency anemia caused by iron deficiency is a global nutritional problem. This review summarizes the metabolism and bioavailability of iron supplementation NaFeEDTA, which has been studied more recently and has good application prospects, and its effects on the absorption of other elements and its effects on the improvement of human anemia. NaFeEDTA is believed to have advantages over the other iron fortifiers in many of the above aspects.
