榆耳是一种野生真菌,其子实体食之,质如海参,煎汁可治疗痢疾和肠胃系统等疾病,经中科院沈阳应用生态研究所王云先生鉴定,榆耳属多孔菌目,伏革菌科,胶韧革菌属的真菌,仅分布在中国东北地区和日本。1984年我们在辽宁省铁岭地区采集到该菌,经组织分离获得纯菌株。为了开发这一食药用菌资源,我们对其进行了人工驯化栽培,现将结果简报如下:(一)形态特征:野生榆耳常腐生在榆树枯死的树干上,每年八、九月是子实体大量发生季节.子实体原基呈球形或平伏,开片后呈耳或扇形。菌盖表面被覆一层浓密绒毛,子实体单生或丛生,无柄,胶质、半透明,幼嫩时粉红色,老熟后变为黄褐色。孢子印白色,孢子椭圆形至腊肠形,光滑,2.5~
