会议记录是党政机关、企事业单位集体活动的真实记录。但目前使用的会议记录本,规格不统一,式样五花八门,如:笔记本、活页本、信纸、稿纸等。会议记录本内也从不印项目名称。这给归档工作带来了一定的困难。针对这种混乱状况,1979年,我公司第一次设计制作了统一格式的会议记录本,并要求在全系统使用,同时废除各种规格不统一的记录本。使用过程中,我们又听取了多方面意见,经过多次的修改,最后形成了塑料活页会议记录本。统一后的塑料皮活页会议记录本为国内标准十六开用纸,印有如下项目:
Meeting minutes are the true record of the collective activities of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions. However, the current meeting of the minutes, specifications are not uniform, varied styles, such as: notebooks, loose-leaf pages, letterheads, manuscripts and so on. The meeting record never print the name of the project. This brings some difficulties to the filing work. In response to this chaotic situation, in 1979, for the first time, our company designed and produced a unified format of the minutes, and requested the system-wide use, while abolishing all kinds of inconsistent specifications of the notebook. During the course of using, we also listened to many opinions and made many revisions to form a plastic sheet meeting record.
