控制烧结料层的最高温度及合适的温度区间对烧结生产和烧结矿质量至关重要。向烧结料层喷入可燃气体,料层的最高温度并不会升高,反而延长了料层中1 200~1 400℃温度区间的持续时间,从而提高了烧结矿的强度和还原性。梅钢试验研究及生产实践均证明了喷吹可燃气体技术的可行性。梅钢3号烧结机自2014年采用喷吹COG强化烧结技术以来,烧结过程均匀性得到改善,烧结矿转鼓指数、粒径、还原性等指标大幅度提高,有利于高炉冶炼;同时,采用该技术后,减少了烧结固体燃料配入量,降低了烧结过程CO_2的排放。
Controlling the maximum temperature of the sintering bed and the proper temperature range are crucial for sintering production and sinter quality. Injecting combustible gas into the sintering material layer, the maximum temperature of the material layer does not increase, but prolong the duration of the temperature range of 1 200 ~ 1 400 ℃ in the material layer, thereby improving the strength and reducing property of the sintered ore. Meisteel’s pilot research and production practices have proved the feasibility of injecting combustible gas technology. Since 2014, Meishan Sintering Machine Co., Ltd. has adopted the COG enhanced sintering technology by injection, the uniformity of the sintering process has been improved. The indicators such as drum index, particle size and reducibility of sinter have been greatly improved, which is in favor of blast furnace smelting. Meanwhile, After the technology, the amount of sintering solid fuel is reduced, and the CO 2 emission in the sintering process is reduced.
