目的 :评价低温射频消融下鼻甲治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 :用射频消融术缩小 95例下鼻甲肥大致鼻塞患者的下鼻甲 ,术前及术后 3个月应用视觉模拟评分表 (VAS)评价鼻塞的主观感觉。结果 :患者术前鼻塞VAS评分左侧为 (6 9.5± 8.6 ) % ,右侧为 (71.3± 11.5 ) % ;术后 3个月左侧为 (2 6 .1±8.9) % ,右侧为 (31.3± 10 .5 ) % ,左右侧分别与术前比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :等离子低温射频下鼻甲消融术是安全、有效、微创的治疗鼻甲肥厚的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of low temperature radiofrequency ablation of turbinate on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods: The inferior turbinate of 95 patients with nasal congestion caused by inferior turbinate was reduced by radiofrequency catheter ablation. The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the subjective sensation of nasal obstruction before and 3 months after operation. Results: The left VAS score of preoperative nasal obstruction was (6 9.5 ± 8.6)% and the right was (71.3 ± 11.5)%. The left VAS was (36.1 ± 8.9)% at 3 months and the right was (31.3 ± 10. 5)%, the left and right sides compared with the preoperative, the difference was highly significant (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Plasma low temperature radiofrequency ablation of the turbinate is a safe, effective and minimally invasive method for the treatment of turbinate hypertrophy.
