2005年11月7-8日,联合国教育、科学及文化组织在法国巴黎召开了一次专家小组会议,这是继 2003年联合国教科文组织在世界大会上通过“保护非物质文化遗产公约”之后进入具体实施阶段的重要一步。我国著名的民族音乐学家、香港中文大学音乐学系教授曹本冶先生应邀参加了这次专家小组会议。本文对此次会议的背景即2003国际公约的主旨及内容、历年来联合国教科文组织举办过的世界非物质遗产保护工作会议、此次专家小组会议的主要内容和目的等进行了详细介绍。
From November 7 to November 8, 2005, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization organized an expert group meeting in Paris, France, following the 2003 Unesco Convention on the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage held by the World Assembly An important step in the implementation phase. Mr. Cao Benye, a famous national musicologist and a professor of music at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, was invited to attend this expert group meeting. The background of this conference is the theme and contents of the 2003 International Convention, the conference of the World Intangible Heritage Protection organized by UNESCO in the past years, the main content and purpose of this expert group meeting and so on.
