目的分析疾病预防控制机构食品检测实验室的变化,说明食品检测能力对食品安全管理的影响,为今后改善实验室食品检测质量控制提供依据。方法收集2005—2011年三明市疾病预防控制中心实验室质量管理相关要素数据,并统计分析。结果 7年来,食品检测设备配置率由2005年的16.7%增至2011年的46.1%,实验室检测项目开展率由56.0%增至94.0%,人力综合素质评分由117.3分增至163.0分,7年均值增长率达16.1%。结论加强实验室质量管理有效提高了食品检测能力。
Objective To analyze the changes of food testing laboratories in CDC, and to show the influence of food testing ability on food safety management, so as to provide evidences for improving the quality control of food testing in the future. Methods The data of laboratory quality management related factors in Sanming Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2005 to 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed. Results In the past seven years, the allocation rate of food testing equipment increased from 16.7% in 2005 to 46.1% in 2011, the rate of laboratory testing items increased from 56.0% to 94.0%, and the overall manpower quality score increased from 117.3 points to 163.0 points. 7 The average annual growth rate of 16.1%. Conclusion Strengthening laboratory quality management has effectively improved food testing capabilities.
