传统的基于“结构—功能”主义理论范型的中小学校长培训理论与实践脱节,缺乏培训的有效性和针对性,极大地影响到校长培训工作的生命力。为转变此种局面,必须作出向建构主义理论范型的培训理论转型,确立基于建构主义的校长培训。在培训策略上要提供实效内容,促进互动交流,引导实践反思和重视理论生成,促进校长领导能力的提升,使校长培训工作更好地服务于我国基础教育改革和发展。
The traditional training theory and practice of primary and secondary school principals based on the paradigm of “structure-function ” theory are out of line with each other and the lack of effectiveness and pertinence of training has greatly affected the vitality of principal training. To change such a situation, we must make a transition to the training theory of the paradigm of constructivism and establish principals training based on constructivism. In terms of training strategy, we should provide practical results, promote interaction and exchange, guide practice and reflect on the formation of theories, promote the leadership ability of principals, and make headmaster training better serve the reform and development of China’s basic education.
