负责黄金事务的官司员去年3月份称中国将在两年内实现黄金市场自由化，但不久前中国人民银行声明，任何单位和组织不是擅自筹建黄金交易的市场，人们不禁要问。
Officials responsible for gold affairs said in March last year that China will liberalize the gold market within two years. However, not long ago, the People’s Bank of China stated that any unit or organization that is not arbitrarily building a market for gold trading can not help but ask.
