[目的]探讨后腹腔镜手术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（U PJO ）合并肾结石的手术技巧和临床效果。[方法]回顾性分析2010年7月至2011年10月采用后腹腔镜手术治疗U PJO合并肾结石10例的临床资料。10例采用离断式肾盂成形术，其中6例肾盂铸形结石直接行肾盂切开取石术，2例经导管肾盂内冲洗取石，2例联合膀胱软镜取石。[结果]所有患者手术均顺利完成。术后复查无结石残留，盂管交界处吻合通畅。[结论]后腹腔镜下离断式肾盂成形术是治疗U PJO合并肾结石可行的手术方法。“,”[Objective]To explore the technique and clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) with renal calculi .[Methods]Clinical data of 10 cases of UPJO with renal calculi undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic treatment From July 2010 to Oct .2011 were analyzed retrospectively .All patients underwent laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty .Among them ,6 patients with casting pelvis calculi underwent laparoscopic pyelolithotomy directly .The stones of 2 patients were removed by intra-pelvic perfusion .The stones of other 2 patients were removed by using flexible cysto-copy .[Results] The operations of all patients were successfully completed .No residual renal calculi were de-tected in reexamination after the operation . The anastomosis of ureteropelvic junction was unobstructed .[Conclusion] Retroperitoneal laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty under retroperitoneal laparoscope is a fea-sible method .
