[目的]观察金双岐联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。[方法]将88例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各44例，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予金双岐联合思密达治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上仅予思密达治疗，观察并比较两组患儿的临床疗效。[结果]观察组临床总有效率为97．73％，对照组为79．55％，两组临床总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；两组用药期间均未出现明显不良反应。[结论]金双岐联合思密达是治疗小儿腹泻安全有效的药物，可调节肠道菌群平衡，具有免疫调节作用，值得临床使用。“,”[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Siliankang combined with Smecta for the treatment of infan-tile diarrhea and the effect on serum interleukin-10(IL-10) .[Methods]A total of 88 cases of infantile diarrhea were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 44 cases in each .The observation group was treated with Sil-iankang and Smecta on the basis of conventional therapy ,while the control group was only treated with Smecta on the ba-sis of conventional therapy .Clinical efficacy and the change of serum IL-10 were observed and compared between two groups .[Results]The clinical total effective rate of observation group and control group was 97 .73% and 79 .55% re-spectively ,and there was significant difference ( P<0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,serum IL-10 in two groups after treatment was increased( P<0 .05) ,and that in observation group was better than the control group ( P<0 .05) . No obvious adverse effect in two groups was found during the medication .[Conclusion]Siliankang combined with Smecta for the treatment of infantile diarrhea is safe and effective ,and can regulate the balance of intestinal flora ,and have im-mune regulation effect .Therefore ,it is worthy of clinical application .
