A method suitable for the determination of complex sulphide ores, concentrates and the expansion of gold in solution and residues from metallurgical tests was introduced. Gold (III) is selectively adsorbed onto the anion exchange resin from the nitric acid solution. Gold was eluted from the exchange column with dimethylformamide-nitric acid at 65 ° C. Differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with a glassy carbon electrode was used to determine gold in the eluate.
