通过等温压缩试验研究了热变形参数——温度、变形程度对Ti-15-3 合金组织的影响。结果表明,Ti-15-3合金件热成形加工时,在等强温度附近经过较大程度的变形可以得到晶粒细小的均匀组织。
The effect of thermal deformation parameters-temperature and degree of deformation on the microstructure of Ti-15-3 alloy was studied by isothermal compression test. The results show that when the Ti-15-3 alloy is thermoformed, a uniform grain structure can be obtained by a large degree of deformation near the isothermal temperature.
